Whisper Flex
Acoustic Flexible Duct represents a truly superb quality product designed to transport air in the most efficient manner while giving the greatest acoustic benefit.

Whisper Flex
has a woven material core which is mechanically crimped to spiral spring support for proven noise reduction. The duct’s insulation is acoustic R 1.0 polyester with a standard 40 mm thickness. The fire-rated, reinforced, polyester/ aluminium foil laminate cover exceeds Australian Standards requirements.
 The sleeve cover is reinforced to minimise damage from other trades. Six metre lengths are standard.

Whisper Flex
exceeds the requirements of the Building Code of Australia  for commercial buildings when tested in accordance with AS4254 for maximum smoke and fire resistance (4 Zero rated).

Our experience determines that the underlying acoustic performance of a mechanical ventilation system is a discrete combination of grille design, use of Whisper Flex, Fan design and PVC duct material.
